Actually it looks decent from this distance. I wish there were a better closeup of the obverse. The mouth looks funny. It could have caught the light or maybe engraved? If engraved why? Based on the odds we'd have to guess the coin has been cleaned. We could learn a lot more of PCGS would say why they declined to grade that dollar.
