No premium that I know of. With silver near $50 even scarcer date coins that used to have a small numismatic premium have lost that edge...

As an example I just moved my office. I found a forgotten Whitman folder, almost compete, of silver Roosies. While some dates are tougher than others there will be no premium for those; my guess is all will sell for bullion content.

Turns out physical silver, such as the rounds above, is bringing a few bucks premium to the prices quoted in the news. Looks like demand for the actual metal exceeds supply which suggests there are some legs to the current price gains. At least I hope my analysis is correct because I just bought a bunch!

Figures!

Silver peaked when I just bought a bunch. Good thing I do believe silver will not only recover but will hit $100/oz. However it may take as much as 2 years for that to happen...

 Cool

You did well selling the (5) 1 oz guys.  Yessir!

I'm finding that in my old age, I will frequently reminisce, savoring the odd old memory that recent events have triggered; my latest flashback brings
to mind a sunny afternoon in 2002, when a local coin dealer forced me to
purchase his silver rounds @ $5.00 apiece!

I recently sold many of them, as well.  Did we do good?  Of course not.. But,
we did not do bad, either!
