What is it? I remember vaguely when they came out they seemed expensive. Is it a hand made pouch and the Lewis and Clark Proof Commemorative Dollar? Anything else?

Just the coin and the pouch. The COA though will have an actual signature of a tribal leader and not a reproduction of a signature.
Issue price was $120.00

Thanks. It sounded cool to me at the time, just too expensive. Maybe I'll look for one on eBay as they have gotten cheaper.
