I just won 3 coins at less than $6 each on average. These are PCGS PR 69 DCAM moderns including 2 silver state quarters which may be worth more than $6 just for silver content alone in a couple of years.
It looks like a great time to be a buyer! Not so great if selling. I think a set of near perfect silver state quarters is a beautiful collection. Each coin is different. You will learn something about each state. The series is finite with 50 coins needed. Not all coins will be under $10 including shipping but the set is definitely in reach. Silver content places a floor on the value of the coins.
