I guess these were minted with pretty late state dies. Or they had rusted something fierce. I don't really know. I think one of them is 5 full steps but there is a small gash witch might disqualify it from the designation, not sure though...

The "gash" on your first Jeff does look like a "FS" killer! I cannot tell
much from the second Jeff. There is too much glare on the steps.
And, yessir, that orange peel look is evidence of a well used die!
