 Huh

Wow... Just checked APMEX's gold AGE pricing for their raw $5 (date/cond their
choice) and I am stunned!

They are asking $141.19 each for less than 50 coins, and

$136.15 for 50+ coins...   Sheesh!  Raw?  Cond?  What a heck of a premium, huh?

I guess the theory of physical gold being hard to get is right. It costs more to own real gold than it does paper gold instruments like GLD. Demand is strong! I guess paper gold will have to go up. I wonder if any of the gold ETFs will fail?

This is kind of exciting for those of us who own a bit of gold!
