Well, maybe someone who is hoarding nickels? Maybe someone who is hoarding coins even with small amounts of silver in them? Eighteen of them contains slightly more than 1 oz.

I'm waiting for silver to come back in before I buy more, especially things like war nickels and %40 JFKs and Ikes... In other words I'm a buyer at a discount to melt.

No, that is $18 worth, 9 rolls. at todays silver price it is worth about $766

Right, 18 nickels is a bit over 1 ounce. At 9 rolls you have about 20 ounces which at $37/oz is $740.

and today at $38.48 (current) they are worth $779.35 so I guess I'll keep them.
