 Shocked

The order is 20 pages long.  PCGS US Coin Forum member, "Sanction II"
promises to post a layman's decryption later today.

Hooray!  I am very excited.   Grin

 Wink

For anyone who really wants an in depth reading on the ruling,
you'll have to find the PCGS US Coin Forum board and read the
posting for yourself.  It's too long, and really, as a layperson,
I would hate to misinterpret any portion, causing confusion,
and more...  In a nutshell, tho...It appears that the judge has
norrowed in scope, the Governments request for all sorts of
freedoms, and now, the matter is reduced to just the 10
gold coins in question, and a burdon of proof, of theft,
now belongs to the government side.

Whooo-Hoooo...  Good judging, Judge! Kiss

Someone needs to post a P.D.F. document on here for us to read.
