Maybe, do you have any 3 leggers or double dies or over dates? I'm not buying anything else... well a couple of the S mint Buffs are worth something in G so I guess I'd buy those better date coins.

I pull all nickels out of circulation. When oil was $140/barrel last year nickels were worth over 7 cents each just for the nickel content! I suspect they will be worth 10 cents each within the next 5 years.

I don't have that much tied up in nickels, maybe $30-$40. I don't get much change anymore but continue to pull nickels and pre-'82 cents. I'm taking a low states bet that when nickel gets scarce enough the gov't will realize they need to get nickels out of circulation. Perhaps they will change their mind or maybe someone will figure out how to export the nickels or something. Even if I can't melt my nickels I'll be happy enough to say I own hundreds, the story is worth something to me. Smiley

IMO opinion, any roll of circulated Buffalo's are worth at least a look because you will never know unless you at least look.

3 Leggers? The possibility certainly exists based upon the circumstances revolving around the roll.

Overdates? Absolutely. Some are difficult to see and again its based upon the circumstances revolving around the roll.
