A fellow (Member id pjeff11jeff) bid on and won a coin. He never paid, never answered any communications or anything. So I filed a NPB (Non Paying Bidder) form and got my FVF (Final Value Fee) returned. Now I go to leave negative feedback so others don't send him a coin before they receive payment and find I have two choices, Positive feedback or "Leave Feedback Later". Sheesh!

It has been this way since early 2009.

And yes, it sucks but on the positive side, it eliminates half the problem when it comes to feedback wars. There's nothing worse than "wanting" to leave negative or neutral feedback for some jackass seller but not doing so to avoid negative retaliation.

As a seller, I've not had any real problems as I try to ship within 2 days and try to treat my buyers with patience and courtesy.

FleeceBay is extremely unethical in terms of its business practices.

It beggars belief that none of the 51 Attorneys-General in America has filed any legal action against both FleeceBay & PayPal to prosecute them for engaging in illegal practices the breach the fair trading legislation.
