I sure like to. The problem is when I do I have eaten too much. It takes me 15 minutes to half an hour after I'm finished eating to realize I'm full. It is very hard to judge. So I try eating slower which gives my mind time to catch up with my stomach.

Eating slower also allows for more conversation during a meal and is more relaxing.
I don't think everybody is like me in that respect. Several people report they don't have to wait at all to feel full.
