Anybody looking for a job?

I went to an open house at Brocade today. There may have been as many as 1,000 people there to apply for 100 jobs. I had a grand time chatting with the other applicants as we waited for our chance to get screened by some nice HR people. It is a touch environment out here in Silicon Valley but as an optimist who always looks for a silver lining in all clouds I'm thinking we already hit bottom. Intel reported great earnings yesterday so the reported death of technology is premature.

- group coverage on health care,

- get huge $10 an hour raise in 2/2010
