- accused of a shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas, that left 13 dead and 29 wounded - $$$$

- get shot himself & is saved by medical treatment - $$$$

- will be tried by the military and either get the death penalty or spend the rest of his life in jail (free housing, free medical treatment, free food, free legal representation, etc.) - $$$$

- meanwhile millions of Americans who have done nothing wrong are homeless, jobless, hungry, despair, depress, etc.

the police offers needs to go back to the gun range.  shot sould have counted the first time and save Tax payers $$$$$$
