so i get home from school about 11:30

and i see a guy going down my street with a door on his bicycle and thinking? there was a house down the road that burned down a few years back i have no idea what he took i caught him on camera and recorded him but from what it looks like he stole wires and christmas lights from a power box that is there no idea if there is copper in there? not sure if i should call the police and show them the video?

I would, he probably has plans to strip any copper piping out too. If it hasn't already been taken.
