Very sad story

My dad he works at a cadillac dealership and he is a parts manger there well anyways a older guy came in today to his work the guy was a vietnam vet he only had 1 leg he was maybe in his 50's or 60's well anyways the guy walks in the door the guy ordered some floor mats for hits 2000 cadillac and he was told that the mats would be in today so when he comes in today my dad tells him that the truck is running kinda late well the guy gets really really upset for some reason and starts just kinda complaining then he checks his pocket for something my dad still had no idea what he was looking for in his pocket but anyways the guy told my dad just to call him when the mats get here so he can come pick them up the older man tells my dad he better not call in the next hour or so because it takes him 45 mins from where he lives to get here so my dad calls him about 2 hours later the man comes up to the dealership he was talking to another guy that works with my dad showing off his knife to my dads friend and he was saying they better not be cheap mats from like walmart when he arrives he gets really upset because he is saying the floormats are horrible and are really cheap but there the same factory ones he has had in his old car for the last 11 years or so the guy just flips out right then in there but yet he buys the mats he pays for them but when he gets out to his car his transmission starts to act up and his car wont start up now so a few of the techs at the work start helping out the guy trying to fix what the problem is with his car so my dad he goes off to lunch but when he comes back there are a bunch of cops at my dads dealership as soon as my dad left one of the guys that was going to take him home because his car broke down but as soon as he was going to take him home the guy starts bursting out in tears and keeps saying as soon as you take me home im going to kill myself( thats when the guy calls the cops) the guy lost his leg due to diabetes( very recently) his wife left him due to the fact that he lost his leg and he has been on suicide watch list for the past few months the cops were able to get him to come out of where he was he was in a confernce type room.
